On September 18th, Wei Liping, director of our university’s Finance Department, together with two vice directors, Yu Fengyong and Wang Shihui, came to our school to investigate the financial work. The heads of the financial offices and the leaders of school attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Wei Liping explained the financial management work in terms of the types of college funds and income/expenditure, the budget declaring process, the requirements for the use of funds, and the key points of reimbursement. Then he patiently answered questions and confusions regarding the use of funds. He said that the purpose of this trip was to collect the college's opinions and suggestions on the school's financial work, so as to better serve the college's teachers and students.
Dean Wang Xuedong and Party Secretary Yao Chengjun extended a warm welcome to Director Wei Liping and his companions, and expressed their sincere gratitude to the university's Financial Department for their strong support and cordial guidance. Participants had an in-depth discussion about the financial management problems and solutions in various aspects of the school’s work. Both of them expressed that they would further communicate in the future to promote and improve each other.
